How long does delivery take?
Our shipping times are usually 4-11 working days, which are divided into two periods:
- Processing time: 1-3 business days for processing (order confirmation, adjustments, quality control, packaging).
- Delivery time: 3-8 days delivery time (this depends on the delivery location and includes the time from our international shipping center to your door).
You can always track your order yourself via our "Track Order" page (top of the header menu) and contact us at any time if you have any questions.

Tracking orders
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be generated. Please provide an accurate email address if you wish to track your order.
Address/telephone change
If you want to change the phone number or address reserved when placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is sent. Once the order is placed, we cannot change the information. In this case, you can request the return and place the order again.
Order cannot be tracked:
If you have a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to appear. In rare cases, the tracking information may not be updated but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.
